March, 2nd 2012 sealed up the graduation with the SWEARING-IN CEREMONY at RA headquarters in which graduates were given their individual contracts to study carefully, ask questions besides the briefings and reflect before signing and swearing. By 6:23pm, the pulpit was set with the HOLY BIBLE and graduate after graduate handed in signed contracts and swore in the presence of GOD and the general assembly to serve as SOCIO- ECONOMIC and DEVELOPMENT AGENTS, AS DEPUTY to serve HUMANITY WITHOUT ANY DISCRIMINATION OR FAVORITISM. Counts after counts, THIRTY-THREE (33) MEMBER EMPLOYEES WERE INSTALLED AS DEPUTIES TO THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS. LIFE IS ABOUT OPPORTUNITY!
